Advanced First Aid is intended for those who need or desire more first aid training than Basic First Aid, but not to the level of Emergency Medical Response. Perfect for corporate emergency response teams, this course presents many of the most common illnesses and injuries responders are likely to encounter.
Initial courses are intended for people who have not had the course previously, or for someone with an expired certification. Renewal Courses are intended for people who have a current certification that will expire soon.
Prerequisite: Adult CPR and AED
Certification Period: 2 years
Completion Requirements: Written and skills evaluation
